Thank you for sending me the final proposal. And, thank you for the compliment on my patio. I am so grateful for all the guys doing such a quick and spectacular job on the patio!! I am thrilled with it!!! It was also such a pleasure to meet each of the guys, Gus, Matt, Jennay, and Frank. They were really wonderful to work with!!! I would recommend your company to all my family and friends, hands down!!!!

Dear Macauley Brothers, Inc.
Macauley Brothers, Inc. recently completed a patio from our basement entrance with steps to our deck steps. Originally, we had a hilly grassed, rocky passage to the walk-in basement that was neither pleasant to walk or aesthetically pleasing. Bernie met with us to go over what we were looking for.
He listened to what we wanted and offered his advice on what he thought would or would not work. After the job was completed, I was blown away at the beautiful work that was done to my backyard. I had an idea of what i Wanted it to look like, but when all was said and done, the final work was better than I had imagined in my head. I had to keep walking outside to get another eyeful.
We were pleased with the work, and the professionalism of the crew. We also appreciate the honest of the crew when we realized that the backlight of our car had been broken.
We would completely recommend Dear Macauley Brothers, Inc. for all your landscape design and construction. There is no question that we will be a repeat customer.

I am writing to inform you of how pleased I am with the new patio! When I returned from my business trip I was overjoyed to see the completed project. I am thrilled by how great the patio looks – it is absolutely beautiful!
I appreciate the time you took to review everything from A-Z in a non-rushed mannerallowing for my many question. You promised to finish the job in 2 days, clean up andrepair any potential damage to the lawn, which you did. You are a man of your word and I value that most of all because integrity is a lost quality amongst today’s businesses big and small. The work crew I’m told was friendly and worked diligently to complete the job in the given time frame. Their workmanship is outstanding and it brings me great pleasure to look to you to complete several other jobs that I have planned for next year.
I retained your business card from the South Shore Plaza display you presented 3 years ago. I performed research and asked questions about your company and you specifically since your name was on the business card. The feedback I received regarding you as a person and the reputation of your business in the industry was high praise from many including your suppliers.
